Lee's birthday continued

So yesterday Lee had a good day (his words) and enjoyed an Oreo cheesecake (my first ever attempt, and best cheesecake I have ever made - all others have been failures) for his birthday cake while we were skyping Nanna and Pop. Owen also enjoyed the cheesecake. He loves cake. And chocolate. So pretty much he was in heaven.
He had a sleep in, I made him breakfast and he had presents from Owen and Immy in the morning before work. It was a good day.
Today Owen and Lee slept in til 9am, and are off to get hair cuts and visit the library. Hopefully a quick skype with granny and papa at 1, and Carol and Paul coming at 6 so Lee and I can go on a hot date- dinner and a movie!
Tomorrow afternoon we're off to Welly for a couple days rest and relax so that should be good too!!
