Christmas Holidays

We are having a lovely time with the Pietsches at the moment, sharing our Christmas holidays. It is especially nice that the church office isnt open this week and that Lee is prepared in advance for church this Sunday so he has not needed to be working. We have been yesterday to Mt Bruce National Wildlife Park, Eketahuna, Woodville, through the gorge to Ashurst and looked at the windfarm. We all managed a tinge of sunburn yesterday afternoon from 20 minutes rolling on the grass at Ashhurst as Jack did some running races (sometimes against Lily, but mostly against himself!). Today we have just been hanging around home. Most have had a nap. The boys (all 4) have just gone out to the park at the Esplanade, so I am home with the little girls who are happily playing while Tiki sleeps. I took Jack and Gin (Imogen LOVEs me Mummy - said Jack this morning - and he is right, she does!) to the school playground this aftyernoon while the other 2 plus Pietchey adults were napping, and they had a lovely time. Jack also loved the big slide and playing mums and dads with me and Gin. He was the daddy who drove me and gin to school in the morning... very funny! everyone is home now so for some reason i now have close to 4 kids crawling on me... better post and go!
