Emma is arriving tomorrow when I pick her up at the train at Paraparaumu at 10am and we are pretty excited. Actually, Lee is so excited that he booked Judi in to babysit Wed night so that we could have an adults evening out - oooooooooooooh, how exciting!!
Unfortunately we are all still sick, although maybe I am turning a corner tonight. I hope so anyway! Owen seems to be going back DOWNHILL despite sleeps on the weekend and early to beds. Tonight he was a shocker. NO, he wasn't hungry. Then yes he was hungry. No he didn't want a bath. Shambles shambles, many tears and then flop: out to it asleep in 20 seconds.
Imogen got a new tooth last night - however is VERY cranky tonight... hopefully she'll go off to sleep sometime soon to give us a little break. I for one am very tired and I even had the sleep in today :(
I took Owen for a ride on the bike today: shocker! I am so unfit and it is such hard work with him on the back! Tonight my bottom is feeling a little bit sore and sorry, but I am determined to get back on soon so that I can toughen up! Should be some funny photos up of that today too.
Owen insisted thgat today we all come to drop him off to Kindy because he needed to show us some things: basically just a tour of the outside. But it was nice because I think he loves it there but is sad that he doesn't get to share his joy in the place with us at all! Anyway, the new teacher asked me if Owen was new to kindy and I said not really, he just felt the need to show us around. She also thought that was weird but that just made mew think she doesn't really know Owen just yet - its understandable when you know him!
Anyway, hopefully we will have an awesome time with Emma in the next 2-3 days and then have some other photos to put up here too.
