Well, not long to go now!
We are pretty organised and getting excited about the move - the removalists are taking our stuff between 16-18 December, and then we are heading off on Jan 11 so its very exciting times!
Our passports have arrived, plane tickets are booked and the house is nearly organised (????) so not much to do now except enjoy our last few weeks with family and friends.
We moved to Lee's parents place this week mostly because there is getting to be too much STUFF in our little unit, and Lee is off plumbing with Peter to rack up some last minute cash! Owen is adjusting (I think!) and just thinks its great holidaying at Nanna's, with Wally the bird and her rocks in the garden. He is getting all grown up - this last week he has learnt to put himself to sleep in his cot for daytime naps, and he is doing a wee on the potty every night now. He is very independent and knows what he wants, getting his dummy out his room when he is ready for his nap and waving nigh-night when he's ready for bed at the end of a long day!
I know he is going to miss all the great things about his grandparent's houses when we go (like the chooks and cat at Granny's) so we're trying to make the most of the time we have.
With Christmas just around the corner, I'm sure time is just going to fly!
