Recent days

We are so super dooper busy with Christmas things at the moment: tonight Owen has his Kindy disco and tomorrow night the PLT and Directors are over here for the Christmas party for church. We have a preschool Christmas concert and picnic next tues and a kindy picnic at the Esplanade next wednesday evening. They have organised the train to be running especially for us and all the kindy kids will get a free ride! Youth finishes up next week and we will have the Christmas BBQ for them at our place newxt Saturday lunchtime too! I am busily trying to finish christmas gifts, cards, sending letters, my quilt (ahhhhh, needs to be done by tomorrow night!!) and other things!!
I think Owen is really looking forward to his summer break from Kindy and Preschool and we are very happy with the decision we have made to place him at the preschool 3 days next year, giving him Mondays off with daddy and Thursdays with Mummy to visit Carol sometimes! I think he will cope with this much easier.
Imogen is a busy busy girl, still into everything! She has successfully been toilet trained, with no accidents most days and very good at telling mummy when she needs to go! In fact, whenever we have visitors she tries to take them potty too!!! They are not usually so impressed by that gift! She still loves her dollies and drawing, and has recently become obsessed with Psalty. She dances around and sings and claps.
Lee is busy with the parish and trying to get National Child Safe and Youth Camp organised. We are enjoying ministry and know we are in the right place at the right time, but end most days EXHAUSTED! We can't wait for Nanna and Poppa to arrive and lend a hand with the energetic kiddies!
