Sophie came for a play a couple of weeks ago, and the girls had a lovely time, eating lunch and reading bibles together, playing dolls and what not... they are great friends.

Then Sophie had her 2nd birthday and Imogen and Owen were invited to her party. Owen even had the morning off from Preschool to go especially!

And there were helium balloons! Ginny and O loved it!

Sophie and Owen hanging out..

At the leadership retreat the weather was a bit hit and miss. On the way home from Wellington it really set in with rain rain rain, but patches of sun, resulting in this awesome double rainbow!

Mummy had to get a new mix master set because her old handbeater attachment died :( - and at Normal Ross there was a big green monster. Owen wanted to bring him home. He had to settle for the photos...

Friday night we went and watched Manda play basketball after school for her HS, Awatapu College. The kids loved it.

Imogen watching from the stands...

With Wendy too... we were all cheering them on, despite the big loss. Maybe they'll win next time we go.

O and Dad hanging out at the B'ball.

Kisses....

Go Manda GO!

Last night we had Wendy's 18th Birthday party. Mummy made the cake for her... it was a cocktail party...

And mummy made the cocktails and mocktails...

I like pina colada's.... and getting caught in the rain (clearly a song written for the Manawatu!)...

Wendy and Manda with their cocktails of choice... Island affair and Mock Champagne Sunrise

Chris and Karl in the kitchen (Wendy's mum and brother - our God-son).

Me and Wendals.

Owen did this AWESOME drawing today. It is a picture of his teddy. It also was holding a ball in each hand by the time he was finished - his skills are really coming along!
