Things we do to fill the time...

We've had an eventful week! Even without the birth of a new baby!
Imogen had her first hair cut this week (Nanna and Pop took her and Owen for hair cuts while Mummy slept an afternoon away: a current gifted past time activity!) and the kids went to Masterton with Nanna and Pop on Friday for the day. We've gone to Breakers for dinner and out for Sunday lunch. Had many icecreams. Nanna managed to find herself a bowl coffee today for the first time in 8 days in NZ: what sacrillige - you'd think she'd be more onto that!
I've finnished off Imogen's baby book, going to write captions into her photo album tonight and my craft space is pretty much tidied! The baby's room is ready (for the most part) and Lee hung some more photos around the house that needed putting up. Not much left on my list to achieve...

Here's to the start of a new week, which will hopefully welcome a NEW LIFE!

Imogen had her first swimming lesson on Monday: no one could get her to sit or stand still! This was the "best" photo I could manage. I don't think she'll be in this class for long - water confidence is not an issue for her!
Kids went to the Esplanade a few times (Owen with a red icey-pole mouth) and had a paddle in the pool. This time a much nicer photo of Ginny...

Hair cuts: the BEFORE shot of scruffy O.
 Showing Gin how it's done...
Imogen getting ready to have her cape put on and her mess tamed!
Pretty happy about it! Only had to wait nearly 3 years for her first hair cut!

 All done! A Happy camper!

And the ICE CREAM as a treat and reward for being so good for Nanna and Pop at the hairdressers!
